John built his career at Clark Construction, one of the nation's largest general contractors, where he helped deliver large-scale commercial and institutional projects and ultimately oversaw more than $450 million in construction. A civil engineer by training with an MBA, he co-founded Horizon to bring that same rigor — disciplined preconstruction, transparent budgeting, and tight field execution — to private clients and developers across Southern California.

Today John leads Horizon's construction operations and is personally involved in every project from first estimate through closeout. His work spans luxury residences in the Hollywood Hills and Santa Monica, ground-up multifamily developments, and commercial build-outs — each run with the systems and accountability of an institutional builder and the responsiveness of a hands-on principal.

William began his career at Clark Construction and has since directed more than $150 million in multifamily and commercial development execution across Southern California, managing projects from design and entitlement through construction and delivery. He holds a civil engineering degree and an MBA, a combination that lets him evaluate every decision through both a builder's and an investor's lens.

At Horizon, William leads project management and development advisory, guiding owners through feasibility, budgeting, entitlements, and construction oversight. That dual construction-and-real-estate perspective anchors Horizon's owner representation practice, where clients count on him to protect their interests and their returns at every phase of a project.
